After Sun Cream Hair & Body

You have 2 options:

Rinse: As a conditioner after shampooing. Leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Leave-in: Remove excess moisture with a towel and apply from roots to ends.

On your body you can use it as a moisturizer after showering.
