- RIGHT TO INFORMATION:
MARTA MUNAR GELABERT (hereinafter THE PHARMACY), guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the user through the website www.farmaciagoya19.com (hereinafter THE WEBSITE), whether by means of forms included therein or by sending emails, or through the blog and social networks. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, in RD 1720/2007 of December 21 and other applicable regulations, THE PHARMACY informs that:
All personal data provided will be treated in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and RD 1720/2007 of December 21 and will be incorporated into the file "WEB CLIENTS" created, maintained and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AGPD) by MARTA MUNAR GELABERT, Calle Goya, 19, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
The data, in accordance with the registration made with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AGPD), are collected for the following purposes: customer management, accounting, tax and administration, advertising and commercial prospecting, profile analysis and electronic commerce.
The user authorizes that his/her data may be used to send him/her information about products and services marketed by THE PHARMACY. This sending may be carried out both electronically and by any other means of communication. Users will be responsible in any case for the veracity of the data provided, and LA FARMACIA reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false or erroneous data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken under the law. Users must inform LA FARMACIA of any changes to their personal data so that the data is updated in the file, in accordance with current regulations.
This Data Protection Policy may be modified in response to possible legislative changes and to guidelines issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
