What is the delivery time for my order?

If you live in Madrid within the M30 and place your order before 12 noon, we will deliver it to you the same day. For the rest of the Peninsula, the delivery time is 24-48 hours, for the Balearic Islands and Portugal, 48-72 hours. For shipments to other countries, write to us and we will discuss delivery times in more detail.

If after this period you have not received your order and you do not have a delivery notice from the transport company, please contact us. We will do everything possible to find out what happened to your package and where it is, so that it reaches you as soon as possible and you can enjoy it.

Are shipping costs free?

Yes, shipping to any point in the Peninsula for orders over €59 is free. For Portugal, shipping is free for orders over €79. For the Balearic Islands, shipping is free for orders over €150.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Of course! And we'll be happy to meet you and answer any questions you may have when picking up your order. You can choose this option when making the payment by selecting the 'Pick up in store' option. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Where can I receive my order?

G19 delivers to any point on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. If you are from another country in the European Union and you are looking forward to receiving a package from us, please write us an email at hello@g19pharmacy.com so we can assess whether it is possible to fulfil your wish. Nothing would make us happier!

I placed an order this weekend, when will it be shipped? question

Although our pharmacy is open every day of the year and we prepare your order as soon as we receive it on the platform, our transport agency only makes collections and deliveries from Monday to Friday (not holidays). Therefore, any order placed on a weekend or holiday will be delivered the following business day.

Which shipping company will deliver my order?

All orders processed through the website are sent with NACEX.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I still change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible by phone ( 914352114 ), WhatsApp ( 686597359 ) or email ( hello@g19pharmacy.com ). Depending on the progress of your order, we may still be able to modify the delivery address. If the order has already been collected and processed by the transport agency, we will no longer be able to modify it without additional cost.

I forgot to add something to my order or I made a mistake and I want to remove or change a product. Can I still modify my order?

If the order has already been collected and processed by the transport agency, it will no longer be possible to process it in the same order.

I have received an incorrect or defective product

We are so sorry! We always try to offer the treatment that we would like to receive ourselves, but sometimes, unfortunately, we also make mistakes or the products may suffer mishaps in transit. What payment options do I have?

You can pay by card or through bizum on the website. If you want to pay by bank transfer or through a payment link, just contact us. Here (almost) everything is possible. We want to make your purchase as easy as possible and make the experience one to repeat.

Who we are

Are a pharmacy and a niche cosmetics boutique, specialists and tireless discoverers of new brands that you've probably never heard of (or maybe you have, if you're a cosmetics guru). Our physical store is in the Salamanca district of Madrid.

We are also passionate about aromas and have created our own line of home fragrances and candles. G19 ORGANICS is our organic cosmetics brand inspired and formulated by the Mediterranean.

Do you do skin diagnosis and beauty routines?

We can assure you that this is one of the things we are most passionate about. If you want us to analyse your skin, your routine or advise you on a product, contact us or come and visit us. We are a team of pharmacists specialising in dermocosmetics and we can carry out skin diagnosis in person or by video call.
