  1. PRICES AND STOCK:

PRICE: The price of the products on THE WEBSITE is shown in euros and includes VAT.

PRICE VALIDITY: The price of the product is the one in effect at the time of purchase, once the cart is accepted and payment is made. The prices displayed may be reviewed and modified at any time by THE PHARMACY, owner of THE WEBSITE, without this generating rights for those who have already made purchases. Consequently, acceptance of the purchase determines acceptance of the prices so that even if the price changes at a later time, no economic or other differences may be claimed.

WEB CHANNEL AND OFFLINE CHANNEL: Prices are from the website, not from THE COMPANY in person. The prices and offers that appear on THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE are valid only and exclusively for orders placed online and during the period of time established on THE WEBSITE and under the stipulated conditions. The user is the one who can freely choose the purchasing channel that best suits him/her, so he/she will not be able to complain if the prices of THE COMPANY in person and online do not match.

OFFER DURATION: Offers have a specific duration, so the offers included in THE WEBSITE's online store will be valid during the period established or, failing that, for the entire time they remain accessible to customers for purchase.

STOCK: The products that are on THE WEBSITE are products in stock and therefore are available in LA FARMACIA's warehouses and ready for shipment. However, if due to a lack of stock in the warehouse due to a computer or logistics error, the order cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, LA FARMACIA will contact the buyer via email or telephone, to confirm the order and its subsequent shipment within a period different from that generally established in this policy, or to proceed with the cancellation of the order and refund the amount. The refund will be made through the payment method used by the customer.

PRODUCT NAME AND PHOTO: LA FARMACIA seeks to ensure that the photos clearly identify the product, but cannot be held responsible for how the buyer interprets them. Therefore, the product photos are indicative , and the important thing is the name of the requested item, which is clearly described on the website and which will be sent if the purchase is made.

  1. PURCHASE SYSTEM:

To make a purchase, the user can choose between various ways to send us their order:

  2. Internet via “express order” for collection at THE physical PHARMACY. There is the possibility of home delivery free of charge if it is located in the Salamanca district of Madrid and exceeds €59

  1. HOW TO BUY ONLINE:

To place an order, you must log on to www.g19pharmacy.com , LA FARMACIA's e-commerce website. Users may choose the products or services listed on the website and add them to the shopping cart. This cart can be reviewed at any time before proceeding to payment.

To make a purchase, the user may access as a guest, in which case they do not have to register their account as a customer and will not be able to recover their purchase history, or they may access as a customer, in which case when they register they will establish the password with which to access the aforementioned history. Once the products have been chosen and added to the shopping cart, they can proceed to check out and pay, or continue their visit to the website. Before accessing the screen with the final price of the order and shipping and handling costs (it is important to see clarifications in these conditions) it is necessary to fill out the buyer information form (billing information) and payment method. If they wish to complete the purchase, they must accept the order along with the sales policy. At that time, the user may also include any coupons they may have. The purchase ends after payment of the order, either by transfer or through the secure payment gateway, as chosen by the customer. To do so, the customer must expressly click on “Buy now”.

  1. EXPRESS ORDER:

The customer can choose the “express order” which can be picked up at the pharmacy or delivered to the home, free of charge, if the order is located in the Salamanca district of Madrid and exceeds €59. There are two options for making the express order:

  • Products can be chosen from those in the online store by making a purchase as described above but choosing at the end of the process “express order” or,
  • The customer can fill out the form on the website defining what they want. In this case, if the customer requests medicines subject to a medical prescription, home delivery will not be possible and the order must be collected from the pharmacy, providing the necessary medical prescription at that time. The order form will detail the name of the buyer and the method of payment, which will be made at the physical pharmacy when the order is collected.

The customer will receive a message, by the means chosen, notifying them when their order is ready for collection and in which we will indicate the total amount of the order. The customer will have 7 days to collect their order if they have not made the payment through any of the options made available by LA FARMACIA. Express orders can also be made by phone at 914 352 114 and by email: hello@g19pharmacy.com, the sales process being the same as those described.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS:

BANK CARD: If the customer chooses to use a BANK CARD, he/she will access the BANCO SANTANDER payment gateway where he/she can choose to pay with a VISA or Mastercard credit card. LA FARMACIA does not access any bank details that the customer enters in this payment gateway, which is configured as a “secure gateway”.

TRANSFER: In the order confirmation email, the buyer will be sent the bank details so that they can make the payment. They must send proof of having made the payment or transfer to the email: hello@g19pharmacy.com. The order will be processed and sent when G19 Pharmacy receives said proof and it is from that moment that the legal deadlines will begin to run.

As a general rule, all payments must be made in euros.

  1. PERSONAL ACCOUNT

The buyer can create a personal account by clicking on the “Create an account” button and register as a customer, to facilitate future purchases and to remind him of his products. In the form he must fill in, he must designate the access password.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon confirming the order and proceeding to pay for it, the buyer will receive confirmation of the order placed within a maximum period of 24 hours, in the email address provided in the billing information.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, confirmation of the order does not imply any obligation to ship the order until confirmation of the crediting of the amount ordered has been received. The legal deadlines will be calculated from the moment the PHARMACY receives confirmation of the crediting of the amount ordered.

  1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ON THE WEB

In the event that the user does not find a product they are looking for on THE WEBSITE, they may request it by phone at 914 352 114 , by email: hello@g19pharmacy.com or through express order. In these cases THE PHARMACY will contact the user and inform them of the price, payment method, shipping costs and approximate delivery time. If the product is not on the website or is not available, THE PHARMACY cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

  1. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

Shipping and handling costs per order when choosing shipping via courier are as follows for shipments with a maximum weight of 2 kg:

  • Within the Iberian Peninsula: €5.95
  • Balearic Islands: €7.9
  • Portugal: €7.95

FREE shipping and handling costs for shipments with a maximum weight of 2 Kg:

  • Orders over €59 within the Iberian Peninsula.
  • Orders over €150 for the Balearic Islands
  • Orders over €79 for Portugal

There are no shipping and handling charges if you choose to pick up your order in-store via express order.

The transport company is NACEX.

If the customer has made the payment and the order weighs more than two kilos, is very bulky or must be sent outside the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, LA FARMACIA will contact the buyer at the email address provided in the purchase to inform them of the updated shipping and handling costs, and may, in the event of disagreement, cancel their order without any costs being charged.

For orders outside Spain, the customer must contact the pharmacy at hello@g19pharmacy.com to find out the conditions of sale.

  1. DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for products sold through THE WEBSITE in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands is 24/48 hours. In the event of a stock shortage or temporary unavailability of an item, THE PHARMACY will immediately contact the buyer to inform them of the new delivery time, and they may choose to keep the order or have the amount paid refunded or, if it is not possible to serve the product, proceed to cancel it and have the amount paid refunded. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated timeframes will not give you the right to demand any compensation. If an order contains more than one product, a single shipment will be made. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  1. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE

Right of withdrawal: Most of the products that the user can buy on THE WEBSITE are parapharmacy products or medical devices that, as a general rule, are duly sealed. Therefore, if they have been unsealed after delivery, they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. If the product retains its seal intact or they are products that do not have a seal, the buyer may return all of the products in the order or only some of them during the first 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the same, without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons. To do so, the products must be presented in perfect condition, unsealed and unused and with all their contents, taking into account the type of product sold on THE WEBSITE. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised if the shipment has not yet been received, so that if it has not left THE PHARMACY warehouses, no expense will be generated.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal: The price to be refunded is the one originally stated in the order and has been paid by the buyer. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. In the event that a refund of shipping costs is required, additional costs resulting from the buyer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by THE PHARMACY on THE WEBSITE must be excluded. Therefore, only the cheapest shipping costs will be paid if the return is for the entire order. In any case, THE PHARMACY will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified. As a general rule, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method used by the customer and will be made within 14 calendar days from when THE PHARMACY is unequivocally informed of the withdrawal from the contract.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal: When the buyer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days through an unequivocal declaration, via email: hello@g19pharmacy.com  The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by telephone. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires. If the buyer sends the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal declaration electronically via our website www.g19pharmacy.com, THE PHARMACY will promptly inform the buyer on a durable medium (by email) of receipt of said withdrawal.

If the buyer has received the order and has therefore acquired possession of the goods, he/she must return them to THE PHARMACY or deliver them directly to the pharmacy located at Calle Goya 19 – 28001 Madrid, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he/she notifies THE PHARMACY of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the deadline has expired. The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer (Return costs). In the annex to these conditions of sale the buyer will find a standard form.

If the buyer has not yet received the shipment and it has not left LA FARMACIA's warehouses, it will be sufficient for him to send the unequivocal declaration of withdrawal in accordance with the above, and LA FARMACIA will proceed to refund the amount paid by the buyer (including shipping costs) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the aforementioned declaration. In the annex to these conditions of sale, the buyer will find a standard form.

  1. RETURN POLICY IF THE ORDER IS DAMAGED, IN POOR CONDITION AND SHIPPING ERROR

Damaged order: In the event that the buyer receives the order damaged, he/she has the right to return the order and must notify THE PHARMACY within the first 24 hours after receiving the order by sending an email to hello@g19pharmacy.com  . THE PHARMACY will contact the buyer to indicate the steps to follow to make the change. In these cases, the return costs will be paid by the buyer until the PHARMACY verifies that the damage was not caused by the customer. If it is verified that the order was actually damaged, the product will be replaced and the costs incurred with the return will be paid, provided that it has been carried out in accordance with the return instructions given by THE PHARMACY.

Product in poor condition: The buyer may return their order if the product is not in suitable condition for use. To do so, they must notify THE PHARMACY within the first 24 hours after receipt by sending an email to hello@g19pharmacy.com  , which will tell you how to make the return. THE PHARMACY will contact the buyer to tell them the steps to follow.

Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer until the responsible laboratory, pharmacy or supplier confirms that the product is in inadequate condition, in which case the amount paid for the product and the return costs will be refunded. In this case, the buyer may also choose to have the same item or reference shipped, in which case only the first shipment will be invoiced, with the remaining shipping costs being paid by THE PHARMACY, provided that the return has been made in accordance with the instructions given by THE PHARMACY and the return is appropriate.

If the buyer wishes to exchange the item for another item, the return and new shipping costs will not be borne by THE PHARMACY, but by the buyer.

Shipping error: In the event that a product has been sent by mistake that does not correspond to the order, the buyer must notify THE PHARMACY within the first 24 hours after receiving the order by sending an email to hello@g19pharmacy.com  . THE PHARMACY will contact the buyer to indicate the steps to follow in returning the incorrect product and the control procedure will be initiated at THE PHARMACY by verifying the stocks, weights, confirmation that the returned product has been in stock at THE PHARMACY, batches and other security measures that are installed to ensure that the shipments are correct. Therefore, in these cases, until it is completely certain that it is an error by THE PHARMACY, the buyer must return the incorrect product and pay the return costs. Only in the event that THE PHARMACY verifies the error, it will proceed to send the correct product and pay the return costs previously paid by the buyer.

  1. PURCHASE GUARANTEE:

THE PHARMACY only sells original, quality products through THE WEB, endorsed by recognized commercial firms and laboratories.
