On wet hair, work through roots, lengths and ends. Leave on for 5-20 minutes, then add water and massage into a lather. Rinse thoroughly.

For very damaged hair, apply the mask and leave it on for 15-60 minutes.

It is not necessary to apply conditioner after application.
