This natural supplement is made up of 4 strains of probiotics selected for their stability and their benefits on the proper functioning of intestinal transit, the health of the mucosa and the balance of the microbiota. It relieves digestive discomfort such as constipation, pain and bloating and improves food intolerances. It also increases metabolism and improves immunity.

How is it taken?
Take 1 capsule a day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For long-term benefits, it is ideal to continue treatment for 3 months.

What is its exact composition?
Per 1 capsule: mixture of microencapsulated lactic ferments (Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BS01, Lactobacillus plantarum LP01, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02, coating: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids) 140 mg or 7 billion CFU*, chicory inulin (150 mg), husk of vegetable origin (HPMC), sunflower oil.
