Instructions for use

Add 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy the warmth. Add milk or sweetener of your choice.

Letting it sit overnight is also a good way to remove the components. In a large pitcher, let 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water sit overnight. Drink in the morning at room temperature.
