This is the chilled, summer version of one of Harney&Sons' favourite teas. An organic green tea with coconut, lemongrass, ginger and vanilla. It takes us back to a warm, sunny August day with a wonderful breeze.
How to prepare: Boil 2 cups of water and pour it into a large pitcher over a tea bag. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then add 6 cups of cold water. Remove the tea bag and gently squeeze it to get the most out of the intensity of its flavour. You can garnish with lemon, an orange slice or fresh mint.
