How is it taken?
Take 5 to 10 ml diluted in a glass of water or as an infusion at night before going to bed. One pipette is equivalent to 1 ml (5 ml = 5 sprays). The bottle contains treatment for 3 weeks.

Per 10 ml of product: water, hydroalcoholic extracts of linden sapwood (3000 mg, Tilia cordata) - sapwood, matricaria chamomile (1500 mg, Matricaria chamomilla L.) - aerial parts, apple juice, hydroalcoholic extract of aromatic verbena (500 mg, Aloysia citriodora) - aerial parts, dry extract of lemon balm (1000 mg, Melissa officinalis L.) - leaves. Ingredients from organic farming.
