Rose Open Heart

It acts on emotional imbalances, improving stress and anxiety, mood, the cardiovascular system and inflammatory processes in the eyes or skin. Due to its powerful antioxidant action, it reduces premature aging and wrinkles on the skin. By "opening the heart" it improves the connection with ourselves and with others.

You can take it in 2 ways:

- Add 1-2 teaspoons of coffee to warm water, latte, smoothie, sweet or savory foods. It tastes great mixed with Anima Mundi Heirloom Cacao

- Rose water: add half a teaspoon to 200ml of almost boiling water (prevent it from boiling so that it doesn't become bitter and lose its properties) and let it rest for 10 minutes. Once it's cold, leave it in the fridge to enjoy it even more.
