Originating from Ayurvedic practices, dry brushing stimulates lymphatic drainage and boosts circulation, while helping to mobilize stagnant toxins and remove dead skin cells. The appearance of cellulite diminishes over time, revealing smoother, softer, more radiant skin.

It is ideal (and almost essential) in anti-cellulite treatments, in dry skin as a previous step to cleansing and moisturizing, if you are using self-tanners or if you have poor circulation and venous return.

It is made of wood with 50% natural boar bristles and 50% nylon.

    BENEFITS

    Instructions for use

Start with your feet and brush in circular motions, gently moving up your legs. When you reach your buttocks, stop for a few seconds, then continue over your abdomen and move up from your hands to your shoulders, paying attention to your armpits, where certain lymph nodes are located.

If your skin is resistant and needs it, you can do it every day. For more delicate skin, we recommend only 3 times a week.
