With wet hair, measure out the amount of shampoo to be applied in the palms of your hands and distribute them between both hands before massaging in. The foam and the water that falls are enough to leave it clean, what really gets dirty is the scalp. and therefore it is what must be washed.

For a greater effect, leave the shampoo exposed for 2-3 minutes and rinse with warm water. Repeat if necessary.
